Our holiday homes for 2 to 7 persons are bathed in sunshine throughout the day and impress with der modern straightforward design and their furnishing made from warm and regional natural materials. The spaciousness of the apartments and terraces guarantee enough free space for everyone. Walking barefoot across the solid wood floors and breathing in the healthy scent of pine stands for experience and energy. All apartments are pointed south and situated on the second floor. The large panoramic windows offer a wonderful view over the Etsch valley and the onto the surrounding mountain landscapes.The under-floor cooling und heating system guarantees comfortable room temperature and optimal recreation, on really hot summer days as well as in the cold winter.
All our apartments have one or two bedrooms, a roomy and sunlit living space with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen (with a ceramic hot plate, kitchen hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and water boiler), a flat screen TV with satellite receiver, radio, safe and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. In all our apartments you get free WIFI.
For families with small children we offer upon request travel beds or bed rail, high chairs and changing mats. With a central vacuum cleaner and special bed linen we try to show consideration towards allergy sufferers.
We would kindly ask your understanding for the fact that pets as well as smoking are not allowed in the new apartments.
