As soon as the earnest money (caparra 300 Euro) is transferred, the apartment is reserved for you. The remaining amount can be paid during your stay (cash limit 5.000 Euro).
Booking and cancellation conditions (referred to Article 1382 of the Civil Code)
Reservations become binding after a prepayment of 300 Euro (caparra) and the mailing of our booking confirmation.
We are confident that you are very excited for your stay at our farm. But in case of unpredictable incidents, following cancellation conditions apply:
in case of cancellations we reserve the right to retain the prepayment
in case you cancel your stay less than 60 days before your vacation, 40% of the booking price will be charged
in case you cancel your stay less than 15 days before your vacation, 80% of the booking price will be charged
in case you cancel your stay equal or less 5 days, of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged
We recommend that you take out the “Roter-Hahn-Reiserücktrittsversicherung” (cancellation insurance), so that possible cancellation charges are covered, and you have nothing to worry about. Detailed information can be found here
